My name is Christy Schroeder, and I’ve been working with herbal medicine for over a decade. I am a clinical herbalist who very intentionally combines traditional community herbalism with a physiological perspective. I enjoy digging in the dirt and wild foraging on backroads, with or without my gang of wild children. My areas of focus in my clinical studies were the birthing body, the nervous system, and harm reduction, but I have a passion for making plant medicine accessible and simple for anyone looking to support their health naturally.
